Job Description

Landscape Drafter (BIM Modeler / AutoCAD)

Job Responsibilities

Develop and update 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for landscape and irrigation works in accordance with project requirements and design specifications.
Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, as-built drawings, and BIM models.
Ensure all drawings, models, and project deliverables comply with relevant standards, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with the internal project team, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure timely submissions.
Update drawings and BIM models based on design revisions, site conditions, and coordination requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
BIM training or certification is an advantage.
Minimum1–2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and strong technical skills are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM modelling software.
Knowledge of landscape construction detailing, irrigation systems, and technical drawing standards is an advantage.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
