FAMPOSO Global is a Singapore-based international business and private capital platform connecting family offices, high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, banks, corporations and global business leaders.
Our activities include private capital networking, institutional banking relationships, investment facilitation, international partnerships, executive education, leadership conferences and cross-border business delegations.
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our institutional relationships, develop strategic partnerships and generate commercial opportunities.
1. Family Office & Institutional Banking Engagement
Develop and maintain relationships with Single Family Offices (SFOs), Multi-Family Offices (MFOs), private banks, commercial banks, investment banks and institutional investors.
Arrange strategic discussions with family office principals, private bankers, wealth managers, fund managers and senior banking executives.
Identify potential collaboration opportunities involving wealth management, private capital, corporate banking, investment funds and cross-border business expansion.
Coordinate meetings between institutional partners, family offices, investors and companies seeking strategic partnerships.
Facilitate discussions on co-investment opportunities, investment mandates, private market opportunities and institutional collaboration, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
2. Business Development & Revenue Generation
Identify and acquire new corporate clients, sponsors, members and strategic partners.
Generate revenue through FAMPOSO memberships, sponsorships, executive programmes, business events and approved partnership services.
Develop commercial proposals and negotiate partnership opportunities.
Manage the complete business development cycle from prospecting to successful closure.
3. Strategic Partnerships & Global Expansion
Establish partnerships with financial institutions, family office networks, professional services firms and multinational corporations.
Engage international organisations interested in establishing or expanding their presence in Singapore.
Support strategic discussions involving investment opportunities across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and other international markets.
Build long-term relationships with institutional and corporate decision-makers.
4. FAMPOSO Programmes & Private Capital Events
Promote NEXUS™ Family Office Investment Leadership Programme, Private Capital Circle and international investment conferences.
Secure corporate sponsorships, programme registrations and strategic event partnerships.
Coordinate institutional participation in private capital roundtables, investor discussions and international delegations.
Support curated networking sessions involving family offices, institutional investors, bankers and business leaders.
5. Relationship Management & Reporting
Maintain an active database of family offices, institutional banking contacts, corporate partners and prospective clients.
Arrange qualified meetings and manage professional follow-ups.
Prepare partnership proposals, presentations and business development reports.
Submit weekly pipeline updates and monthly revenue performance reports.
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in all institutional engagements.
Establish new relationships with family offices, private banks and institutional investors.
Arrange qualified meetings with senior banking executives, investment professionals and family office principals.
Secure new corporate partnerships, sponsorships and paying members.
Achieve agreed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Drive registrations for FAMPOSO executive programmes and private capital events.
Maintain a measurable pipeline of institutional relationships and commercial opportunities.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing or a related discipline.
Preferably 2–5 years of experience in business development, banking relationships, wealth management, financial services or institutional sales.
Familiarity with family offices, private banking, investment funds or corporate finance is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, networking and presentation skills.
Ability to engage professionally with senior executives, bankers, investors and family office representatives.
Existing Singapore banking or family office relationships will be an added advantage.
Self-driven, commercially focused and capable of working independently.
Fixed Salary: SGD 3,000 per month
