The Design Engineer is responsible for developing, designing, and improving products or components according to customer requirements and engineering specifications. The role involves preparing technical drawings, conducting design analysis, collaborating with production teams, and ensuring designs meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in engineering design is an advantage.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and design requirements.
