Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Assistant to join our growing recruitment team. You will be working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination and workforce management across multiple clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities

Support in coordinating interviews, candidate applications and onboarding arrangements.
Liaise with candidates regarding job opportunities
Maintain accurate candidate records and update internal recruitment databases.
Assist with job advertisements, candidate sourcing and recruitment administration.
Follow up proactively with candidates

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any course or GCE A levels holders or above are welcome to apply
Good communication skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and being a strong team player
