Our Singapore company, Solution Process Engineering Pte Ltd, specialises in industrial equipment trading, engineering solutions, pumps, valves, fluid-handling systems and related process technologies serving the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical processing and industrial sectors.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and expand our business in Singapore and international markets.
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in oil and gas, petrochemical and industrial equipment markets.
Promote and sell industrial pumps, valves, compressors, instrumentation, spare parts and engineering solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, EPC contractors, procurement teams and industrial end users.
Generate new sales leads, conduct customer visits and follow up on business opportunities.
Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to company revenue and profitability.
Trading & Commercial Activities
Source industrial equipment and technical products from local and international suppliers.
Prepare competitive quotations, commercial proposals and tender submissions.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and commercial terms.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Identify profitable trading opportunities and develop new supplier relationships.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Follow up on quotations, purchase orders and outstanding enquiries.
Provide product information and coordinate technical support.
Identify repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain customer databases and sales pipeline reports.
Sales Performance & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
Monitor sales targets, order conversion and gross profit performance.
Provide market intelligence and competitor information.
Work closely with management to achieve business development objectives.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
Preferably 2–3 years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, industrial equipment or engineering trading sales.
Experience in selling pumps, valves, compressors, instrumentation or industrial spare parts is an advantage.
Existing industry contacts and customer networks are highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, independent and results-oriented.
Willing to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
