Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate detailed architecturaldrawings.
- Liaise effectively with Site Engineers,Consultants, Architects, and Suppliers.
- Oversee all phases of the architectural process,from design to completion.
- Organise, document, and monitor architecturalcoordination, work progress, variation orders, and certification of completedworks for assigned projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture froma recognised institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experiencein a related field.
- Proficient in BIM, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
- Able to work independently with minimalsupervision.
- Preferably available to start work on shortnotice.
- 5-day work week.
- Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station
