Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to own Caffeine Solutions' marketing end to end: B2B demand generation, brand development, and the numbers that tie spend to pipeline and revenue. You will report directly to a company director and work with a small team, external agencies and consultants.

This is a hands-on role. You will plan the work, do much of it yourself, and manage outside partners where they are the better option.

What you will do

• Plan and run the annual marketing plan and budget, with clear targets for qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, pipeline and revenue contribution.
• Manage paid and organic channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO and social media, and direct the SEM consultant and any agencies.
• Own the CRM and lead-intake process (we use GoHighLevel): pipelines, automations, follow-up of enquiries that come in over WhatsApp, and attribution from ad click to closed revenue.
• Oversee landing pages and website content, conversion testing and feedback.
• Protect and develop the brand across all materials, from copy and creative to proposals, case studies and sales collateral.
• Report monthly to the director on spend, pipeline and ROI, and recommend where to put or pull budget.
• Work with sales and operations so marketing leads are qualified and followed up quickly, and feedback on lead quality flows back into campaigns.
• Explore practical uses of AI to speed up content, reporting and campaign analysis.

• Support our ecommerce business: online store merchandising on Squarespace, product listings, promotions, email and paid campaigns for the shop, and conversion and sales reporting.
• Work with operations order flow, inventory, fulfilment and customer service, so campaigns are matched to stock and delivery capacity and customer issues feed back to marketing.

What we are looking for

• Diploma or degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
• [3–5] years of marketing experience, including at least [1–2] years running B2B lead generation or performance marketing in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and B2B channels such as LinkedIn, and the ability to read the data and explain it to non-marketers.
• Experience with a CRM and marketing automation tool (GoHighLevel, HubSpot or similar); comfortable building and fixing workflows.
• Strong written English and sound commercial judgement; able to write clear briefs and give specific feedback to agencies and designers.
• Organised, self-directed and comfortable working directly with senior management.

• Experience in ecommerce (Squarespace preferred, or similar platforms) and comfort working with day-to-day operations such as inventory, orders and fulfilment.

Good to have

• A love of COFFEE
• Experience managing and tracking leads that arrive over WhatsApp through a CRM.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work.
• Conversational Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia
