Our range is trusted by partner aesthetic clinics, and we’ve sold 1 million sheet masks to date. We were the top-selling brand in TikTok’s Live Mega Beauty Stream campaign in October 2026.

Social media is the engine of our growth. Instagram drives most of the sales on our online store. Our products are rich in technology and ingredients, so customers buy when they truly understand them. We’re looking for a senior social media lead to take that engine to the next level.

The role
You’ll own our social strategy across Instagram, TikTok and Telegram. You’ll decide what we post, why, and whether it’s driving sales. You’ll lead content planning, write scripts and creative briefs, direct and film our shoots, and create our static and carousel content. A dedicated video editor will handle editing, so your time goes into strategy, creative direction and growth. You’ll work directly with the founder and a small, fast-moving marketing team.

Commitment

• Ongoing freelance engagement, starting with a 3-month initial term.
• About 15–20 hours a week, mostly remote.
• 1–2 batch shoot days a month in Singapore.
• Available on weekdays for quick team turnarounds, with replies within the same working day.
• A monthly strategy check-in with the founder.

What you’ll do

Strategy and growth

• Own the social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok and Telegram, with clear goals for growth, engagement and sales from social.
• Turn product launches, campaigns and promotions into content plans that drive traffic and purchases on our online store.
• Track performance monthly, including reach, engagement, link clicks and attributed sales, and use the insights to improve what we post.
• Spot trends early and act on them quickly.

Content and creative direction

• Plan and maintain the content calendar at least 2–4 weeks ahead.
• Write video scripts and clear creative briefs that turn complex product information into simple, persuasive content.
• Direct and film batch shoots, capturing footage for multiple videos per session.
• Brief the video editor, manage their queue and review every edit before it goes live.
• Identify the best moments from livestream replays and creator content to turn into short videos.
• Create static posts and carousels, especially for educational, ingredient-led and comparison content.
• Make sure all content stays on-brand and uses accurate, approved product claims.

Community

• Grow our Telegram community into a destination for loyal, repeat customers, with tips, exclusive drops and early access.
• Build engagement on Instagram and TikTok through comments, DMs and community-led content.

What we’re looking for

• At least 4 years of social media experience, including a track record of growing a beauty, skincare or wellness brand.
• Proven results you can show: audience growth, engagement and, ideally, sales driven from social.
• Strong scriptwriting and creative direction skills for short-form video.
• Confident filming on a phone, with an eye for lighting, framing and what works on social.
• Strong design sense for static and carousel content.
• A talent for explaining technical or ingredient-led products simply and compellingly.
• Experience briefing and managing editors, designers or creators.
• Experience building an online community on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord or similar is a strong plus.
• A clear understanding of responsible beauty claims.
