Job Description:
- Work with bartender team to ensure smooth operations of the bar.
- Ensure bar operation standards are adhered to.
- Ensure the highest quality of beverages served.
- Recognise the regular guests and highlight to the Restaurant Manager about the particular guest's preferences.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
