Job Description

We are looking for 3 Temp Assistants to support the Dept of Academic Services. Submit your application now!

What you will be working on:

Process/check application forms, enrolment forms and documents
Contact and follow up with applicants/students if necessary
Print and issue student cards, ensuring records are updated
Update application records
Print/sort/file documents
Assist with other duties that may be assigned from time to time

What we are looking for

Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent
Candidates with no prior experience may also apply
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, organised and able to work with accuracy
Able to follow instructions and carry out administrative tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems
