Job Description
Overview
We are hiring an experienced Software Engineer with strong backend Java development expertise to join a growing engineering team undergoing strategic expansion. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications while working in a collaborative, agile environment.
This role is ideal for engineers who demonstrate strong autonomy, problem-solving ability, and the capability to independently deliver high-quality solutions in complex corporate environments.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java.
- Build and maintain frontend components using TypeScript, JavaScript, and React
- Build and maintain integrations with relational databases including MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Participate in application architecture discussions and technical solution design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable fixes.
- Participate in pair programming sessions and collaborative development activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development standards.
- Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines.
Must‑Have Experience
- 3-10 years proven experience developing applications with Java in a corporate or enterprise setting
- Full stack development experience, including React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work
- Experience delivering working code under minimal supervision
