Client Relations & Community Executive

We are looking for an executive to support our Head of Client Relations in client relationship management, client events, guest hosting and department administration.

Responsibilities

• Support client relationship management, including day-to-day communication and follow-up
• Assist with managing client communities and organising information
• Help plan and run client events, from invitations and registration to on-site hosting and follow-up
• Host visiting clients and guests, arrange meetings, take minutes and follow up
• Provide administrative support to the department, including scheduling, expense claims and document management
• Handle client and company information with strict confidentiality
• Take on other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in any discipline
• Fluent in Mandarin, as most clients are Mandarin speakers, with good written English
• 1–3 years of experience in client service, events, administration or an assistant role
• Detail-oriented, punctual and discreet
• Polished communication skills and a strong service mindset
• Proficient in common office software and communication tools

Good to have

• Experience in financial services, wealth management or premium services
• Experience planning and running events
