Retail Assistant – Beauty Industry (MBS)

📍 Location: Orchard

💰Salary
Basic Salary: $1,975 – $2,100/month
Meal Allowance: $100
Night Allowance: $100
Monthly Commission & Incentives: average $700/mth

💰 Attractive Rewards & Incentives

On top of the commission scheme, eligible Beauty Advisors may receive:

Flagship Allowance: $100/month
Flagship BA Productivity Incentive: $700 (Based on Targets)
Conversion Incentive: $200
Attractive monthly commission scheme based on performance

💼 Job Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and personalised beauty consultations
Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable skincare, makeup and beauty products
Demonstrate products and confidently share product knowledge and application tips
Build strong customer relationships through clienteling and follow-up service
Work towards individual and store sales targets
Support daily retail operations, stock replenishment and product displays
Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
Ensure a welcoming, professional and engaging shopping experience for customers

🎯 What We're Looking For

Passionate about beauty, skincare, makeup and the retail industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
Positive, energetic and comfortable engaging with customers
Prior Beauty Advisor, retail sales or customer service experience is advantageous
Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays based on roster
