Maintenance Technician (West)

Job Description:

• In charge of carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and routine equipment checks
• Responsible in performing general building, machinery and equipment maintenance, repairs and servicing to ensure smooth daily operations
• Update maintenance records, perform data entry and generate reports using the maintenance management database system.
• In charge of configuring, calibrating and adjusting machinery and equipment, including replacing or repairing worn-out, damaged or faulty components.
• In charge of
• Ensure safety, environmental protection and good housekeeping practices within the production area, in compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Assist in supervising and escorting external contractors, ensuring all maintenance and repair works are carried out according to company requirements and safety standards.
• Install, commission and maintain new or refurbished equipment and control systems
• Identify and source alternative replacement parts when required to resolve equipment breakdowns or maintenance issues.
• Maintain and administer original facility drawings, equipment layouts and technical blueprints.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry
• Able to work rotating Morning and Afternoon Shift
