Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the F&B Executive/Manager in daily café and musical lounge operations, including setup, cleanliness, and stock replenishment.
Welcome members and guests, take orders, recommend menu items, and address inquiries professionally.
Manage reservations and waitlists to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient service and timely order fulfilment.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Working Hours: (Late Evening Shift)

Sunday to Thursday: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Friday, Saturday, and Public Holiday Eve: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a country club or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional members/guest experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Food Hygiene Certificate.
