We are an established 90-person SME in Singapore specializing in commercial events, tentages, and structural setups. We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and physically fit General Workers to join our ground operations team.
Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload event equipment, materials, and structures (weighing up to 20–30kg) at the warehouse, yard, or project sites.
Event Equipment Setup: Assist in setting up and dismantling event structures and equipment on-site according to project schedules.
Warehouse Sorting & Packing: Sort, pack, clean, and organize equipment and tools systematically in the warehouse/yard.
Equipment Arrangement: Carry, arrange, and position equipment and items on-site strictly according to site plans, floor layouts, and supervisor instructions.
Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other operational or site support duties as assigned by site supervisors or management.
Physical Capability: Must be physically fit and able to manually handle, lift, and carry heavy equipment weighing 20–30kg.
Timeliness & Accountability: Complete assigned tasks accurately and within agreed timelines; inform the supervisor early if there are delays or difficulties.
Care & Quality: Handle goods carefully to prevent damage, loss, and order mix-ups.
Worksite Housekeeping: Maintain clean and orderly work areas throughout the day and before leaving the site/warehouse.
Safety & Compliance: Follow instructions, communicate problems promptly, and do not take shortcuts that compromise safety or quality.
