Junior/Senior Personal Trainer

We are a growing integrated health, performance and wellness company bringing together Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy and Personal Training under one roof.

We are looking for a Personal Trainer / Senior Personal Trainer to join our expanding team.

This is not simply a conventional gym-floor training role.

Our trainers work within a science-based, multidisciplinary environment, collaborating closely with physiotherapists, sports therapists and other practitioners to provide clients with a more complete approach to strength, body transformation, movement, performance and long-term health.

We are looking for trainers who take their craft seriously, communicate well, understand the importance of evidence-based programming, and want to build a long-term career rather than simply conduct sessions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct high-quality one-to-one Personal Training sessions
• Perform initial consultations, fitness assessments and goal-setting sessions
• Design structured, progressive and evidence-based training programmes
• Coach clients across areas including:
• Strength and conditioning
• Fat loss and body transformation
• Muscle development
• General fitness and health
• Movement quality
• Sports performance
• Return-to-training following clearance from the appropriate healthcare professional
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming accordingly
• Maintain accurate client notes, measurements and programme updates
• Educate clients on training, recovery, lifestyle habits and basic nutritional principles within the trainer's professional scope
• Work closely with physiotherapists and sports therapists where clients require multidisciplinary support
• Communicate effectively with practitioners to ensure appropriate continuity between treatment and training
• Build strong long-term relationships with clients and maintain high standards of client care
• Follow up with prospective clients and contribute towards converting enquiries and consultations into Personal Training clients
• Maintain strong client retention through service quality, communication and measurable progress
• Contribute towards the continued development of the Personal Training department

• Commercially aware and understands that being a successful Personal Trainer involves both excellent coaching and excellent client management

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should possess a recognised Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Science or related qualification.

Additional qualifications in areas such as strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, sports performance, nutrition, exercise science or related disciplines will be advantageous.

For the Senior Personal Trainer position, we would preferably like to see:

• Strong practical Personal Training experience
• A proven track record of client results and retention
• Strong programme design and coaching ability
• Confidence managing a varied client portfolio
• Good leadership and communication skills
• The ability to mentor or support less experienced trainers
• An interest in eventually taking on greater responsibility within the Personal Training department
