Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day administration of insurance policies and claims
Support the processing of policy applications, renewals and amendments
Respond to client enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Keep the insurance management system updated with accurate, up-to-date records
Prepare documentation, reports and correspondence as required
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or insurance-related role
Good understanding of insurance procedures, policy handling and claims processes
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office tools
Meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Cooperative team player who is adaptable and eager to learn
