Job Description

Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organisational objectives, providing strategic guidance on workforce and people-related matters.
Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, career development, succession planning and retention strategies to strengthen organisational capabilities.
Lead workforce transformation, change management and organisational effectiveness initiatives to support evolving business needs.
Advise business leaders on complex employee relations, performance management and talent-related matters to drive positive workforce outcomes.
Leverage workforce analytics, HR technology and process improvements to enhance decision-making, employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise, Shared Services, Finance and Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions aligned with business priorities.
Lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives while coaching and developing a high-performing HR Business Partner team to strengthen HR capabilities and drive organisational excellence.

Requirements:

Degree in Business / HR
At least 10 years of experience in HR
Experience in Healthcare / Manufacturing industry
