Process Engineer, Backend

Overall Job Objectives

This role supports global pricing administration, costing, and billing execution across Sales, Factories, and Business Units. The position ensures accurate and timely billing through SAP, provides pricing and cost insights to support profitable decisions, and drives continuous improvement in pricing administration processes.

The ideal candidate brings strong SAP and billing expertise, solid understanding of OSAT assembly and test cost drivers, and the ability to work effectively across regions, functions, and systems in a fast‑changing business environment. This position is based in our Regional Singapore office.

Job Specifications

• BS degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
• Prior OSAT experience with exposure to assembly and/or test processes is strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of SAP pricing and billing processes.
• Strong IT aptitude and comfort working across multiple systems and data sources.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data sets are a must.
• Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate technical requirements/issues into the business context or vice versa.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written communication skills
• Independence, able to multi-task, and collaborate with cross functional and cultural groups.
