Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
• Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
• Maintain and organize filing systems and office records.
• Perform document scanning, photocopying, and filing as required.
• Assist in ordering and managing office supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior administrative or office support experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
