Job Description

Coordinate volunteer recruitment, screening, onboarding, orientation, and role matching, including maintaining clear role descriptions
Plan and coordinate volunteer deployment across clinical and non-clinical programmes with departmental supervisors
Maintain accurate records of volunteer attendance, service hours, training, and programme documentation
Develop engagement, communication, learning, recognition, and retention initiatives for volunteers
Build partnerships with internal departments, community organisations, schools, and corporate partners
Support volunteer governance, safety, confidentiality, and policy implementation, and help improve processes continuously

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications / Social Sciences / Psychology / Social Work
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
