Job Description

Join a public healthcare medical centre in the West and keep its operations running smoothly through accurate data reporting, coordination and project support.

What You'll Be Doing

Generate and compile monthly operational reports from NGEMR and related systems (outpatient, surgical workload, allied health, endoscopy)
Update the monthly operations dashboard and submit data to cluster and MOH portals by deadline
Extract and organise data for specialty dashboards; flag outliers for verification
Manage the daily operations tracker and follow up on assigned actions
Send staff broadcasts, raise IT service tickets and prepare staff feedback materials
Support operations meetings: agendas, logistics, minutes and follow-ups
Coordinate transition and relocation activities, including tracking actions, organising records and preparing status updates

What You'll Bring

Degree in any discipline and above
Strong MS Excel skills; experience with NGEMR or healthcare data is an advantage
Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with deadlines
Good written communication and stakeholder skills
