Job Description
Location: Marina One
Duration: 12 months
Salary: Up to $5210 + 1 month bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
- Handle employee and manager enquiries, resolving HR operational issues promptly.
- Administer employee benefits, enrolments, cessations and leave arrangements.
- Liaise with external vendors on benefits administration and related matters.
- Manage Singapore work pass applications, renewals and cancellations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Identify process gaps and support HR process improvements, automation and system enhancements.
- Support HR audits, reporting, documentation and governance activities.
Job Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of HR Operations experience, with strong hands-on Employee Life Cycle (ELC) experience, preferably within the financial services, insurance, or banking sector.
- Experience managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee movements, promotions, work pass administration, leave administration, and offboarding.
- Familiarity with MOM regulatory requirements, operational risk management, audit reviews, and process controls.
