Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in automation, enterprise monitoring, observability, IT operations, or a related technical role.
Demonstrable hands-on experience in scripting, monitoring configuration, dashboard or alert development, and operational support.
Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Linux and Windows operating systems, networks, storage, and virtualisation.
Practical scripting experience in at least one language such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting.
Hands-on exposure to one or more monitoring or observability tools such as BMC Helix, ITSM Helix Remedy, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, or Splunk.
Experience with dashboards, alert rules, event analysis, log analysis, integrations, and operational troubleshooting.
Understanding of cloud concepts, DevOps practices, CI/CD, APIs, version control, or AIOps concepts is advantageous.
