Job Description

Assist the supervisor with daily operational activities and administrative coordination.
Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries, requests, and service-related matters professionally.
Receive customer requests, process orders, and coordinate order-related follow-up.
Source spare parts, obtain supplier quotations, and liaise with suppliers regarding availability, pricing, and delivery arrangements.
Manage customer and supplier correspondence, including emails and other communications, ensuring timely follow-up.
Prepare customer invoices, billing documents, and related records accurately.
Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock records, and coordinate replenishment of supplies when required.
Organize, maintain, and file operational, purchasing, billing, and customer-related documents systematically.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor in support of daily operations.
