Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Foot Reflexologist to provide professional foot reflexology and wellness treatments. The ideal candidate should possess good technique, a strong service attitude, and the ability to create a relaxing and comfortable experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional foot reflexology treatments using proper pressure point techniques
- Provide basic body massage treatments when required
- Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments or wellness packages
- Ensure customer comfort, satisfaction, and professionalism throughout the session
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, towels, and equipment
- Prepare foot baths, oils, and treatment materials before each session
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service protocols
- Promote and upsell packages, memberships, and services when appropriate
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
Requirements
- Certification in Foot Reflexology or Massage Therapy preferred
- Prior experience in reflexology, massage, or wellness industry is an advantage
- Good knowledge of foot pressure points and reflexology techniques
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
- Physically fit and able to stand or perform treatments for extended hours
- Positive attitude, responsible, and team player
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
