Job Description
Key Responsibilities for thenew role
- Support in managing inventory, stock allocation/movement between warehouses, and purchase orders.
- Support shipping schedules, finance requests, and product fulfilment.
- Process MDF claim documents and track status.
- Assist in campaign and event execution, including setup and reporting.
- Coordinate promoter arrangements and support ad hoc promotions/projects.
- Work closely with internal teams, retailers, and external partners for smooth operations
- Forecast overseas ordering of products
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and deliver with minimal mistakes.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
