Job Description

Basic: $5,500 – $6,500 + Incentive (Up to 25% of Annual Salary)
Location: Ubi, walking distance from MRT
Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

Conduct site inspections, damage assessments, and prepare quotations.
Identify recovery, repair, and reconstruction opportunities.
Liaise with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Support contract negotiation and secure projects.
Manage project cost, timeline, quality, resources, and safety.
Monitor profitability and ensure smooth project completion.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Experience in industrial plant maintenance / engineering.
Project management and technical sales experience preferred.
