Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process material purchasing requisitions, orders and requests for quotes from suppliers.
- Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity.
- Monitor the costs, schedules and scopes of assigned subcontracts to negotiate highest quality at best value.
- Responsible for designated Purchasing Orders, Delivery Orders, Request Forms and Invoice submission to Purchasing Manager for approval.
- Interact closely with suppliers and site staff to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare payment summaries, data entry and liaise with suppliers and finance team to follow up the payment arrangements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferably in Engineering/Construction or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
