Electrical Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor electrical works to ensure projects meet agreed schedules, quality standards, and site requirements.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with main contractors, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resolve site issues.
• Prepare electrical drawings, technical submissions, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.
• Monitor project budgets and operational costs, track financial performance, and prepare and submit monthly progress claims.
• Liaise and negotiate with main contractors on progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and payments while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in electrical project management.
• Experience managing electrical works for HDB, condominium, and/or commercial building projects.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation, site coordination, project scheduling, and cost management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
