Duties & responsibilities:
•Warmly welcome prospective students and parents, identify their musical goals, and actively convert inquiries into free trial lessons and long-term enrollments.
•Coordinating and processing New Student Enrolments, New music course and Package Activation, Recurring music lessons retentions, Monitoring student learning journey record, oversee teacher’s teaching observation etc
•Spearhead the promotion and sale of company service packages, concert/recital tickets etc.
•Act as the primary touchpoint for student/parent feedback, ensuring a customer experience that minimizes student churn.
•Assist to invoice/billing administration, resolve customer enquiries/feedback and perform make up lessons’ arrangements, if required.
•Follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and work Instruction
•Maintains real-time documentation of all tasks and order-taker actions within shared cloud spreadsheets (Google Sheets), ensuring records are updated instantly across all communication channels.
