MEP Specialist

Movade Innovations Pte Ltd is a growing MEP company specialising in high-end luxury retail and boutique fit-out projects across Singapore and the region. We are looking for a responsible and proactive MEP Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects.

The role is hands-on and site-based, involving close coordination with subcontractors, consultants, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards. This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy fast-paced project environments and are looking to grow with an expanding company.

-Provide technical support and expertise for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

-Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.

-Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.

-Identify technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

-Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project teams on MEP-related matters.

-Ensure MEP installations comply with applicable codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

-Monitor installation works and verify that completed works meet the approved drawings and specifications.

-Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and relevant documentation.

-Assist in resolving site technical issues and ensuring the proper functioning of MEP systems.
