Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting transactions, including AP, AR and general ledger entries.
Process supplier invoices, payments and customer receipts.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Handle monthly closing and prepare management accounts.
Monitor franchisee accounts, outstanding payments and supply chain transactions.
Prepare sales reports, outlet performance reports and other financial reports.
Assist with GST submissions and other statutory requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers and franchisees.
