Job Description

Conduct counselling sessions for students who have made appointments as well as drop-in cases; able to provide and sustain consistent quality service with close monitoring and professional follow-up of cases
Facilitate meetings with HOD Student Development and to provide timely updated information on student counselees to HOD Student Development (monthly)
To prepare the relevant documents, and meet HOD Student Development to update him on the progress of AT-RISK/HIGH RISK cases as well as whenever a case is deemed ‘closed’ (monthly)
To prepare for and participate in Case Management Team meetings, and take the necessary follow-up actions as discussed
To regularly monitor and manage the online booking portal for counselling cases (basic training will be provided by the school)
To collaborate with the relevant stakeholders and assist in crisis management, should the situation arise (throughout the duration of the Contract)
