⚠️ Job data for Singapore comes from the public MyCareersFuture job search service, operated by Workforce Singapore. Unlike our other country sources (USAJOBS, Bundesagentur fur Arbeit, Arbetsformedlingen, France Travail), this data is not provided through a published developer API program with its own terms of service -- it is the public service that already powers their own site. We display it the same honest way as every other country: real listings only, always linking to the official source to apply, never presented as official or endorsed by MyCareersFuture or Workforce Singapore. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO, including document organisation, information management, content drafting, and research on Singapore government regulations and official platforms.

  2. Handle licence, permit, trademark and regulatory applications for client companies through Singapore government platforms, including GoBusiness, SFA, HSA, IPOS and MAS, where applicable.

  3. Perform other routine administrative and business-related tasks assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 1 year of relevant administrative or secretarial experience, or a relevant diploma or certificate demonstrating the ability to perform similar duties.

  2. Practical experience with Singapore government licence or permit applications (e.g. GoBusiness, SFA, HSA, IPOS or MAS), or relevant qualifications or training demonstrating the ability to handle such applications.

  3. Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, as the role involves reviewing English regulatory documents and communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.

  4. Self-disciplined, responsible and well-organised, with strong learning ability and the capacity to complete tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to improve research, document preparation and overall work efficiency.

  2. Educational background or professional qualifications in Accounting, Finance or related fields will be an advantage.

What We Offer

  1. Direct Mentorship from the CEO: Work closely with the CEO and benefit from hands-on guidance, professional training and practical business exposure.

  2. Fast-Track Professional Growth: Opportunities to develop new skills quickly, supported by personalised career development assessments and guidance.

  3. Flexible Working Arrangements: Flexible working hours and location, subject to business requirements and work performance. We value self-discipline, accountability and results over rigid working arrangements.

We are looking for a responsible, independent and motivated individual who values continuous learning, takes ownership of assigned tasks and is interested in growing with the company.
