Job Description

Site Operations & Scheduling:Coordinate daily field operations, master project schedules, and sequencing for up to [number] trade crews and subcontractors.Monitor daily work progress against master timelines, resolving bottlenecks to reduce project delays by
Safety & Regulatory Compliance:Conduct daily site safety inspections, enforce PPE compliance, and lead regular toolbox talks to maintain a hazard-free work environment.Ensure full compliance with local building codes, contract specifications, and statutory safety bodies (e.g., CIDB / DOSH standards).
Quality Control & Resource Management:Inspect completed workmanship against engineering blueprints and structural drawings, reducing rework rates by Track and manage on-site material inventories, equipment allocations, and resource requisitions to prevent downtime.
Team Leadership & Communication:Supervise, evaluate, and mentor 15+ field personnel and foremen, improving daily timesheet and report accuracy byServe as the primary liaison between project managers, architects, subcontractors, and municipal inspectors.
