Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and responsive customer service to effectively address customer needs and inquiries
• Operate cashier functions accurately to process sales transactions
• Perform stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Execute daily housekeeping tasks including opening and closing the store to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed store sales targets
• Maintain the store’s cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal at all times
• Follow the team roster and maintain a positive attendance record
• Stand for extended periods (6-7 hours) during shifts to support store activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience
• Demonstrate a positive and mature working attitude
• Exhibit strong customer service and sales orientation
• Ability to work retail hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays within a 5-day work week (for full-time employees)
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
