- Coordinate weekly worship slides, song slides, Sunday bulletins and announcements, and maintain the worship song slide archive.

- Coordinate Baptism and Holy Communion arrangements, working with the supervising pastor and authorised ministers as required.

- Oversee the collection and safekeeping of service offerings in accordance with church procedures.

- Develop the annual ministry programme and budget.

2. Pastoral Care and Member Support

- Provide pastoral care through home, hospital, nursing home and eldercare centre visits, counselling and follow-up.

- Conduct or assist with funeral services and provide pastoral support to bereaved families during wakes.

- Arrange Holy Communion for members who are unable to attend worship due to illness or other circumstances, in accordance with church practice and authorisation.

- Provide pastoral guidance and prayer for house blessing, cleansing and dedication, including situations involving the removal of religious idols.

- Attend to urgent pastoral needs, including emergency Baptism where appropriate and in accordance with church practice.

3. Ministry Leadership Development

- Train and equip the Dialect Ministry Leadership Team and volunteers in areas such as liturgy, Scripture reading, cell group leadership and Baptism preparation classes.

- Encourage and develop members to participate actively in worship, discipleship and other areas of church ministry.

4. Church Administration and Teamwork

- Attend church council, staff and other relevant meetings as required.

- Work collaboratively with the supervising pastor and other ministry leaders to support the wider ministry of the church.

- Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervising pastor.
