Job Summary

Lead and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to generate qualified student enquiries. Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to enhance lead generation, monitor performance, and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to increase qualified student enquiries
• Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, campaign testing, and performance optimization to maximize ROI
• Develop engaging advertising content including copywriting, images, videos, and promotional materials to attract prospective students
• Monitor key performance indicators such as cost per lead, lead quality, engagement, and conversion rates to evaluate campaign success
• Coordinate with the student recruitment team to track enquiries, parent appointments, and student enrolments for effective follow-up
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and trends
• Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts by responding promptly to comments, messages, and enquiries to maintain engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and promotional activities across channels
• Prepare weekly campaign performance reports highlighting results, challenges, and recommended improvements for continuous enhancement
• Identify and implement new advertising strategies to improve lead generation and overall marketing effectiveness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent qualification is an advantage
• Experience in Facebook advertising, social media marketing, or digital lead generation is preferred
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Facebook advertising tools
• Knowledge of audience targeting, advertising budgets, lead generation, and campaign performance analysis
• Basic skills in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design using Canva or Adobe
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to analyze marketing data, identify problems, and recommend improvements
• Creative, resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively
• Experience in education marketing, international schools, or student recruitment is an advantage
