Job Description

Our client is a not-for-profit professional association serving a large community of professionals across Asia-Pacific. They are looking for an organised, curious and proactive Events Executive to join their team in January.

The role
You will support the planning and delivery of conferences, masterclasses, webinars and networking events. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who likes getting things done.

Key responsibilities

Support event planning and logistics: venues, vendors, speakers, catering and AV
Manage registrations and CRM records, keeping data accurate and clean
Assist with invitations, email campaigns, website and social media updates
Coordinate with sponsors and partners, and support on-site delivery
Prepare event reports and basic data analytics (training provided)

About you

Fresh graduates are welcome or 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships and volunteering count)
Degree or diploma in events, marketing, communications, business or a related field; other backgrounds welcome
Organised, detail-oriented, with clear written and spoken English
Comfortable with spreadsheets and data
Proactive and analytical: you bring solutions, not just problems
Keen to learn; CRM, event platform or Canva experience is a plus
Open to occasional events outside office hours and travel within Asia-Pacific
