- Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical skills as well as able to synthesize data from Common Data Environment /EDMS/Primavera 6 to identify project coordination risks.
- Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications and requirements. Proficient in navigating BIM models and approved Electronic Document Management System (EDMS such as Bentley ProjectWise) to review technical drawings, specifications, RFI/RFA (Request for Information/Approval) and other project related statuses.
- Able to work independently, a strong team player and capable to handle fast paced projects.
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, enabling collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
- Strong negotiation, conflict management, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with CAG, and other stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to interpret data-driven dashboards (Power BI) and to prepare executive-level presentations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in construction for large scale building and infrastructure project.
- Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects
- Successfully completed at least one project at the construction and handover stages.
