Job Description

Conduct daily site inspection and assessment of facilities to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are adhered to, including daily reading of water and electrical meters.
Ensure premises are always in neat and good working condition.
Perform regular checks on all essential equipment and ensure critical equipment is in good operating condition.
Conduct monthly joint EHS inspections with site staff to ensure no workplace safety violations or noncompliance; rectify any anomalies accordingly.
Maintain proper inventory of office keys and ensure all keys are in good order.
Perform daily ambient temperature checks and adjust accordingly to site requirements.
Provide escort for all vendors, including delivery, maintenance, preventive, and reactive service providers within the premises.
Perform basic electrical work, including power trip reset, minor rectification, or replacement of power switches, light fittings, and light tubes.
Perform basic plumbing work such as removal of chokes, attending to leakages, and replacement of kitchen faucets and washroom bidets.
Perform basic fan coil unit (FCU) checks and maintenance.
Ensure premises are aesthetically in good condition; touch up or rectify as necessary.
Support M.A.C. (Move, Add, Change) of furniture and workspace as required.
Replace faulty locksets for pedestals, cabinets, and cupboards.
Ensure doors are in good working condition; conduct repair work including door hinges, stoppers, and locksets as needed.
Provide support for onsite meeting rooms, events, and seasonal setups, including but not limited to decoration and poster management.
Ensure proper inventory management for supplies and tools.
Attend to fault calls and emergency escalations.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as requested.
