This internship offers valuable hands-on exposure to the SaaS, FinTech, and RegTech industries, making it an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates interested in pursuing a career in Client Management, Customer Success, or Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in client onboarding, account setup, system configuration, and implementation activities.

  2. Support clients with general enquiries, service requests, and day-to-day operational matters.

  3. Perform first-level troubleshooting and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve client issues.

  4. Assist with user account management, access permissions, password resets, and system configuration requests.

  5. Monitor and follow up on client requests to ensure timely responses and issue resolution.

  6. Support the preparation and maintenance of user guides, FAQs, training materials, and internal documentation.

  7. Assist in conducting client training sessions, system demonstrations, and platform walkthroughs.

  8. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to support client requirements and service delivery.

  9. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and issue resolutions.

Job Requirements

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  2. Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients.

  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

  4. Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  5. Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced working environment.

  6. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  7. Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or SaaS platforms will be an advantage.
