Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries about airfreight services, rates, schedules, and documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment processing.
- Assist customers with bookings, pickups, and tracking their shipments.
- Address and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Ensure adherence to airfreight regulations and customs requirements.
- Update shipment milestones promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details.
- Collaborate with the operations team to enhance processes and service quality.
- Keep customers informed of any shipment delays or changes.
