Job Description
Working Location: Leng Kee Road
Salary: $2600 - $3200 (Depends on Experiences)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all in-bound enquiries sent through emails, faxes or calls.
- Prepare quotations and advise on lead time for deliveries.
- Be familiar with different product ranges that FS is offering.
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders regarding order confirmations and delivery / logistics details.
- Maintain good rapport with both new and existing customers.
- Differentiate cost mark-ups used for different categories of customers.
- Ensure customers’ orders / requirements are processed efficiently.
- Provide necessary support to individual division.
- Check customer PO against your quotation before hand over to Order Processing to process order.
- Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience in similar capacity.
- Training Provided.
- Proficient in MS Office.
