Job Description

You will assist the Head of Department in overseeing Business Office operations, including Cash Management, Patient Refunds, Patient Accounts, Patient Relations, and the administration of Patients' Accounts Receivable. You will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and enforcing policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure effective governance and the smooth operation of Business Office functions.

In addition, you will play a key role in driving operational transformation through digitalisation, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives to enhance productivity, improve patient experience, and strengthen end-to-end billing processes. You will provide leadership in workforce planning, staff development, and organisational change management, particularly in support of major system implementations and business transformation initiatives.

Job Requirements

Degree with min 6 years of related work experience
Strong understanding of billing, revenue cycle, or financial workflows
Proficiency in data analysis, automation, or programming (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA)
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
Excellentcommunication and stakeholder engagement abilities
