Job Description

We are looking for individuals to join RecruitFirst Pte Ltd on a temporary, contractor or part-time basis.

In this role, you will gain hands-on recruitment experience across various industries, working closely with candidates while supporting candidate engagement, interview coordination, and overall recruitment operations.

End-to-End Recruitment

Publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms
Support the sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing of candidates across various industries, while coordinating the recruitment process through successful placement
Prepare recruitment-related documentation and reports
Conduct candidate research and outreach through various channels, including cold calling, online job sites, internal databases, and professional networks

Project Support

Participate in ad-hoc turnkey projects to support clients and business needs
Update and maintain the firm’s applicant tracking system

Requirements& Qualification

Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level
Able to work towards targets and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn
Possess good communication skills to engage confidently with candidates
Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
