Job Description

Working hours: 830am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday) and 830am to 530pm (Friday)

Dip Below: $10.50/hr

Diploma $13/hr

Responsibilities:

* Update and maintain data related to Facilities and M&E Equipment Inventory system.

* Support team activities, organise internal meetings, manage minor projects and handle ad-hoc tasks

* Manage of procurement system and support office operations.

* Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure the department runs smoothly.

* Assist with preparation of basic presentation slides and documentation.

* Provide general administrative support as required.
