Job Description & Requirements

As Secretary to all native Japanese Project Managers and Management
Assist in all communications and reports writing.
Require to attend all site progress meetings between Kinden and consultants, main contractor, owner, suppliers etc
Japanese to English and English to Japanese interpretation with all business partners and Kinden Japan Head Office
Taking Minutes of Meeting
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate accurately, promptly, effectively and professional with internal and external parties.

Requirement

Minimum 'O' level.
At least 3 years of relevant working experince.
Preferably those with experience in the construction industy.
Those with technical engineering knowledge wil be an added advantage.
Fluent in English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N3). Listening / Writing / Speaking is essential.
Those with JLPT N2 and more working experience will be an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office required.
Willingness to work at Tuas area with transportation pick up at designated MRT stations.
